The Pros of working at Bunzl Distribution is stability and diversity

In my experience, the Cons of working for Bunzl Distribution is, as an experienced Truck Driver with over 20 years experience with no accidents/ incidents, I'm not being compensated enough for today's economy and I think other Drivers feel the same way. I don't know what the pay range is, but as for me personally, the value I bring to the Company, with my expertise in driving and Customer Service, I personally think we deserve a lot more

Decent equipment being maintained by us drivers and Penske and the interior work environment with the office and warehouse

What I like about the leadership team is they listen to our concerns. Not sure if they at all can change the paradigm, but the narrative appears to benefit us as drivers

I would improve the Company Culture by providing Compensation, if possible, to hold on to the valuable employees

I prepared for an interview at Bunzl by making sure my Credentials verified my experience and professional stance

The representation of diverse demographics at Bunzl is great. Everyone is very helpful

Personally, the most that brings me joy at my work is seeing smiling faces after my job is completed
