The Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Health is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team, following all applicable infection control procedures

Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation

POSITION PURPOSE:
The primary purpose of the Maintenance Manger is to oversee the development and implementation of maintenance practices to efficiently maintain the operation of the plant equipment, grounds, building, and production processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop the layout of plant processing lines to facilitate changes or additions to plant operations. Coordinate the planning and construction of plant additions or modifications.
Ensure that all safety and regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times. Maintain the compliance with all OSHA regulations.
Ensure that the Engineering Department personnel have all of the tools necessary to maintain the facility and processes in a sustaining manner. This is to include knowledge, training, and physical items to be successful
Develop and oversee implementation of the Capital and Expense Budget projects.
Maintain a working relationship with outside contractors and vendors to ensure that new work proceeds efficiently.
Ensure that the issues encountered in the day to day operation of the facility are addressed in a constructive and orderly manner. Communicate and interact openly with senior management. Lead and direct the work of direct reports in order to operate closely and cohesively with the other departments within the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of an Associates degree or the equivalent in experience with knowledge in the electrical and mechanical field.
Five years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably in the meat industry.
Certificates, licenses, registrations: State Mechanical Contractors License
Strong mechanical aptitude with a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or situations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to define problems and to resolve them quickly.
Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the plant.
Basic understanding of refrigeration principles and applications.
Must be computer literate with the basic skills in Excel and MS Work.
Must have an understanding of the capabilities of CAD and the use of PLC type equipment.
