Job Summary
Working under the supervision of the Clinic Director, the Operational Supervisor assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care reflective of Campbell County Health (CCH) and Campbell County Medical Group's (CCMG) mission, vision and values. This position provides oversight, planning, assigning, and management of the work of professional and non-professional nursing, physician, and advanced clinical providers in the clinics for which they are responsible. Required to participate in interviewing and hiring staff and directly responsible for orienting and training personnel. The Operational Supervisor will integrate clinic goals for improvement across the care continuum. The Operational Supervisor is responsible for daily charge reconciliation for responsible clinics (in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor). The Operational Supervisor will actively collaborate with the Clinic Director, including preparation of monthly and bi-weekly statistical analyses of key clinic functions.

Responsible for planning and assists with implementation of departmental training including orientation, competency assessment, mentoring, coaching and evaluation (with Director's input)
Ensures staff are appropriately trained in current services and procedures for competency in best practice
Assists in the development of department budget and maintains fiscal compliance
Evaluates, implements, and coordinates the training for new procedures and equipment
Reviews, adjusts and plans daily staffing levels to ensure safe and cost-effective patient care. Completes clinical staff schedule to ensure appropriate coverage, including providing coverage for unexpected absences.
Communicates with Front Desk Supervisor to facilitate excellent patient flow and provide cohesive service
Ensures adequate stock of medical supplies by monitoring par levels and timely ordering process
Performs daily charge reconciliation for all responsible clinics
Responsible for agenda and holding meetings with all staff on a monthly basis in collaboration with Clinic Directors
Serves as liaison between clinical staff and clinic Directors
Maintains confidentiality of all personnel and patient care and relations information
Ensure that all staff represent CCH and CCMG in a professional manner
Actively participates in Strategic Planning for the department and organization
Collaborates in development and achievement of departmental goals and objectives
Actively participates in Customer/Guest Relations and Mandatory Education programs
Participates in the development of departmental policies and assures staff compliance with Hospital, Ambulatory Clinic and departmental standards of practice
Assists with development and implementation of departmental strategic plan when applicable as assigned.
May be required to manage in other clinic environments according to the distribution of staff and patient loads.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows:

Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. Duties and Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) is responsible for the corporate strategic direction and operational performance of HIM, including coding, clinical documentation improvement, the release of information, transcription, chart completion, enterprise master patient index, document management, medical record integrity, CDM Maintenance, and information governance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Establishes, implements, and reviews goals and objectives for all direct reports. Analyzes, selects, and implements programs necessary to achieve the hospital's goals and strategic plans.
Lead diverse teams to ensure compliance with State, Federal and local regulations.
Provides strategic direction, leadership and overall management oversight of Health Information Management (HIM) functions in a multi-facility setting with multiple departments, including scanning, and release of information functions.
Responsible for developing and maintaining effective policies, procedures, systems and working relationships with other departments, providers, external attorneys, regulatory and other reporting entities as well as Revenue Cycle and Quality/Risk.
Oversees HIM, CDM, Hospital and Physician Coding, and Clinical Documentation Improvement Managers and personnel to promote steady work flow, productivity, quality, timeliness, and attainment of system and departmental performance goals.
Works collaboratively and proactively with other department leaders, physicians and Hospital Leadership, using key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities, facilitating work groups, and implementing improvements in performance and outcomes.
Ensures the appropriate dissemination and communication of regulation, policy and guideline changes related to HIM, coding and clinical documentation.
Develops staff performance expectations, goals and metrics. Measures and communicates achievement throughout the year, and makes operational adjustments as needed.
Develops operating and capital budgets for area of responsibility and monitors performance against budget, developing action plans as needed to address variances.
Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including: interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees.

JOB SUMMARY
The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care to cardiac patients and communicate with the physician continuously to ensure patient safety during procedures. Working with the Cardiology Service Leaders and Providers, the Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care, reflective of CCH mission, vision, and values. This position coordinates and delegates unit and patient care activities, as appropriate, to other health care providers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides intensive, direct patient care to Cardiac Catheterization lab patient populations in the roles of moderate sedation, circulating, and monitoring.
Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record.
Develops an age-appropriate plan of care, which addresses physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs, in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
Implements the plan of care, delegates appropriately and ensures documentation of interventions.

JOB SUMMARY
The Counselor (LPC or LCSW) provides clinical assessment/problem identification, individual, family and group therapy and case management. Develops and monitors treatment plans, monitors treatment progress, documents significant interactions, and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data. The Kid Clinic is a school-based pediatric clinic that serves children ages 2 weeks to 21 years old and offers counseling services for children 4 years old to 21 years old. The Kid Clinic is a collaborative effort between Campbell County Health, Campbell County Medical Group, and Campbell County School District to provide primary medical care, behavioral health, and substance use counseling services in Northeastern Wyoming.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health clients.
Provides clinically appropriate therapy utilizing best practices whenever possible.
Is actively engaged in the department, solves problems, participates in strategic planning, and contributes positively to workplace moral.
As assigned by manager and location participates in on call crisis rotation after hours and assists with walk-in crises during business hours.
Works positively and collaboratively with courts, law enforcement, physicians, hospital staff, Department of Family Services, Probation Offices, Campbell County School District, and other community agencies as applicable.
Maintains clinical documentation in a manner as required by department policy, the Standards for the Operation of Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs, and the Medicaid Policies and Procedures Manual, and in accordance, as applicable with SAMHSA TIPS and TAPS.
Maintains competence in multicultural issues and demonstrates respect and understanding for people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Adheres to established policies and procedures for Behavioral Health services or Kid Clinic and Campbell County Memorial Hospital.
Actively engages in departmental quality assurance and utilization management activities and processes to include monthly chart reviews.
Provides community-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families as applicable.
Participates in activities to promote mental health and/or the prevention of substance abuse, particularly among children and adolescents, as appropriate.

The Walking School Bus staff memer is responsible for leading children to and from Jackson Elementary School each day along a dedicated route, encouraging safe travel along the way. The staff member manages logistics like attendance and family communication. This role can include playing games along the way, getting to know the students and making sure everyone arrvies to school and home safely each day. Shifts are typially 1.5-2 hours in length which includes the walk as well as prep and wrap-up time. Shifts are ever weekday before and after school.

Ensures the safety of each passenger while on the walking bus in accordance with board policies and rules.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a key member of the LDAR team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
Perform job duties onshore and/or offshore, utilizing a company vehicle and/or transportation by helicopter or boat
Day to day manager of the field compliance of the LDAR program and safety program.
Act as MAQS representative for the client as LDAR field manager
Responsible for field Quality and improvement of the LDAR program
Responsible for field compliance of the LDAR program
Perform all duties with integrity, safety and a professional mentality
Promote a positive work/team environment
Communicate all program deficiencies and improvements
Report all non-conforming work
Lead daily safety tailgate meetings
Lead weekly safety toolbox talks
Conduct safety assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Safety Assessment Schedule
Conduct qa/qc assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Quality Assessment Schedule
Conduct Operational assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Operational Assessment Schedule
Ensure and complete comprehensive Job Safety Analysis at their jobsite and review JSA's
Ensure employee compliance with all permit and sign in procedures for the site
Manage and maintain use all required PPE, supplies and equipment and assist Field personnel with requirements
Manage and maintain all inspections of equipment and hardware
Manage daily assignments of personnel on location
Ensure monitoring routes are prepared and ready for personnel
Manage, perform and review documentation of calibrations/calibration-precision/response time tests/drift checks of monitoring instrument
Ensure compliance of all required rules and regulations
Perform field assessments to ensure safety and compliance by technicians
Perform all required quality programs written in site and regional quality plans
Review monitoring data each day to ensure compliance
Review open leaks to manage deadlines and repairs
Ensure all team members are performing required tasks efficiently, accurately and safely
Provide updates and reports to managers
Provide data and or reports for client per requests
Perform, document and review LDAR inventory services project work
Document leak tag completely and accurately for all leaks found
Hang inventory tags and re-hang fallen inventory tags
Document and report any tag maintenance and inventory discrepancies found in the field
Document Management of Change and assist to maintain the accuracy of field inventories
Perform advanced repairs
Ensure job site is clean and free of any materials
Perform field inspections of additional LDAR services when required
Perform re-inspections and special non-routine inspections when requested
Assist field technicians with field and instrument issues when requested
Perform logistics of the site by transporting technicians to and from jobsites on nested locations
Conduct bid walks and assist in cost estimate and scope development
Assist in identification of rule, service/stream and scope applicability
Complete documentation and qa/qc of inventory projects in the field and in the database
Complete review of inventory discrepancies reported by field personnel and client
Ensure effective and clear communication
Participate in and lead training for career development, safety and maintaining required certifications
Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and good judgement when dealing with sensitive company, personnel and client information
Perform any other duties assigned by client or project manager(s)
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools
Intermediate knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local LDAR regulations
Years of Experience
1+ years minimum of LDAR experience
Offshore or military experience is a plus.
Experience leading a team.
Systems
Proficient using Microsoft Office products
Proficient in LDAR database software programs
Proficient in LDAR related hardware and tools
Licensures/Training Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) card is required.
State/Region applicable Safety Council Training is a plus
Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) training is a plus
Man lift Certified is a plus
First Aid and CPR Certified is a plus
Safety/Drug Screening
Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening
Must be able to successfully pass a urine, alcohol, and hair drug test
Must be clean-shaven to ensure a safe and proper seal on essential PPE, such as tight-fitting respirators, while performing offshore work
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work from heights
Ability to pass a fit test for a respirator
Responsible for participating in all safety training and assisting in safety procedures such as first aid, CPR, fire drills and emergency evacuation.

While performing the duties of this job, this position may require the individual to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Standby and on-call duty may be required, and the individual must be able to respond to the facility within one hour.
Must be willing to work on ocean sites up to 2-3 weeks at a time.
Must be able to work in extreme environments including cold, heat, wind, rain, and the open ocean
Must be able to pass a swing rope certification, which requires the physical capability to handle 2-3 times your body weight due to the centrifugal forces involved.
Position will require heavy physical exertion such as climbing stairs and ladders, carrying heavy equipment, and the possibility of working at heights or in confined spaces.
