Great manager and loved the customers
Really dont have any my boss went above and beyond and I did my best to help her in anyway
Customers good pay
I thought the pros of working at Burger King was the experience of learning all of the different areas of expertise and perfecting my communication skills.
I thought that the cons of working at Burger King are that they don't fire those who need to be fired and that the management can sometimes be poor.
My favorite perk or benefit at Burger King is the free food.
What I like best about the leadership team is that they can be chill and serious when needed.
I would improve Burger King by getting rid of the CEO.
I prepared for an interview by being myself.
In my experience, my compensation at Burger King is below the industry average.
I feel that the representation of diverse demographics within the organization is limited.
Personally, the most fulfilling part of working at Burger King is communicating with customers.
Having a steady job, being depended on, providing for my family
Interacting with rude customers
Free food
It’s easy to become a part of leadership
Allowing the ones that proved themselves to have better opportunities
Having a resume and meeting the General manager for a face to face interview
I’m not sure
I feel good about it
Helping customers, and the ability to hire people
Not that many perks to be honest. As crew your basically under paid for very hard work
Constant call offs no shows and bad pay. You work hard for bad pay.
Only 1 perk that I had was working for a wonderful manager who made everyone feel good about them selves. Her name was adrienne harris harris of BK Carrols Corp mentor on the lake. She was the best ever.
The team I worked with.
No one took responsibility for there actions. Being one of the best assistant manager and getting payed less then a new and lazy manager.
They worked around me having a kid.
My co workers and fast paced
Being singled out by management or blamed for what other co workers do
I work very hard and I pick up on how to do the job I am asked to do
It teaches you teamwork and communication skills
the managers WILL push off their work onto you and will refuse to help in most situations
money
The team work held in place. The experience, learning valuable lessons working there.
The pay.
Scheduling due to school i can keep it balanced
I enjoyed working with my cowokers, and the managers. The managers always treated their employees with respect.
Rude customers.
Free food.
The people and how managers treated me
Attitude of some customers
Respect of others and free meal
Fast paste, Customers loved me , majority were friendly .
Negative energy. Not so good pay
Being a manager everyone looked up to me
Making sure everyone is taken care of.
It only pays $8.00 hourly.
Every occasion some of the managers pay for my food.
The customers, and employee relationships formed. Taking care of other people's needs with nothing expected in return.
Some of the bosses seemed to not care much for the people that were working for them. When they would come to visit the store didn't speak to crew employees only the store manager.
Flexibility of my schedule
Easy job. Love coworkers, great location. Food made fresh. And easy going team who understand and be patient with new ones
Rude customers. Im a patient worker and accurate, if they said i didnt get their order right, maybe cause they wanted something else
Working with a great team member and coworkers. Would like to work there again. Food was great and great location. Didnt have benefits at all but it was an easy job kinda thing
