The Front of the House Manager (FOHM) is solely in charge of producing a remarkable experience for our Guests in our dining room, at our front counter, as well as the drive-thru. The FOHM is the primary leader for all front of house operations. The expectation is that you should have a heightened sense of awareness of the operation and operate at a higher altitude with a business owner mentality. You will ultimately be held accountable for the progress and training of the front of house team, efficiency and growth of the business as well as profitability of the restaurant. Duties and Responsibilities: The FOHM is expected to direct and develop the leadership team towards excellence in the following critical areas of our business: * Develop Team Members and Leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated and cohesive team that embodies the vision of the business. Surface resourcing needs. * Anticipate and prepare for the growth of the leadership team.
