Responsibilities
* Ensure proper Chick-fil-A training and standards are taught and maintained resulting in 98% or above in Deloitte evaluations and a 1 in Ecosure evaluations
* Lead weekly Team Leader meetings to discuss performance metrics, develop leaders, and communicate relevant business needs and information
* Keep store in like-new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
* Ensure a balanced profit approach through intentional focus on labor, food cost, and IPO
* Maintain 82% or above in key Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) categories
* Partner with the Human Resources department to interview and select top talent
* Coach and develop Team Members, Team Leaders, and Person-In-Charge (PIC)
* Build talent pipelines within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
* Provide fair, objective, and constructive performance feedback
* Build team culture and morale
