Primary Duties: Understand current business objectives, challenges, and issues in relation to Information Management Assist in system and process improvements in document and data management Understand compliance requirements for document and data management Undertake a range of document control activities to ensure all project requirements are met with respect to incoming and outgoing documentation, and in accordance with accepted company processes and required deadlines Assist in the administration of project EDMS including, ensuring deliverables are kept up to date and follow appropriate DC processes, procedures, and practices Transmittal and distribution of documents to both internal and external clients based on document distribution matrices (DDM) Act as focal point for all enquiries on project documentation for the project, clients, suppliers and third parties Awareness of Yates archival requirements for hard copy and electronic records Assist with project start up documents, such as distribution matrices, deliverables register document control plan and its associated procedures, templates, and work instructions Demonstrate Yates Core Values and Principles Follow Yates Code of Conduct Safety Responsibilities and Expectations Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with the established Yates Safety Procedures and Work Practices Report all incidents, near hits and hazards to management.
