Mid Level Provider Duties Include:
Perform and document follow up office visits for established patients.
Work under established supervising physician treatment plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee daily operations and ensure contract compliance at their assigned CRAFT site.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contractor team at their site and facilitate collaboration with Government stakeholders, squadron leadership, and the CRAFT Program Office.
Shall retain subject matter expertise within their assigned domain and continue performing technical duties for a significant portion of their work hours. Support the CRAFT Program Director and the assigned CPM in planning, scheduling, executing, and validating site-level Human Performance program activities to ensure alignment with CRAFT objectives and mission requirements.
Supervise Contractor personnel at the site and coordinate across domains to ensure task execution complies with the CRAFT syllabus, courseware requirements, data entry standards, and overall program guidance.
Serve as the key liaison between Contractor personnel, local Government stakeholders, and the CRAFT Program Office, facilitating communication, identifying operational barriers, and advocating for team needs.
Develop and maintain site-specific travel and equipment budgets. Coordinate team travel requests and equipment acquisitions in accordance with Program Office-approved procedures and ensure accurate tracking of all requests.
Oversee maintenance and functionality of medical and performance equipment.
Collaborate with active-duty SMEs to ensure service schedules are followed and notify the PM of any issues requiring repair, replacement, or funding coordination.
Facilitate onboarding for new personnel, maintain the site's continuity binder, and ensure ongoing compliance with onboarding checklists, training requirements, and curriculum currency.
Conduct interdisciplinary meetings at least monthly in partnership with local Government SMEs. Ensure timely and accurate communication of relevant updates, scheduling coordination, and alignment of team efforts.

Attend required domain specific qualification course. Assist with planning and presenting at domain specific qualification course as requested by DL.

Organize review meetings to solicit feedback from the local Government leadership to improve performance and implement possible changes.

EDUCATION:

Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation for a key tech client's data center construction program in Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and organized control of all project-related documents, both electronically and in hard-copy form, throughout the project life cycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple project locations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the project's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring all users adhere to established procedures.
Control and track all project documents, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and correspondence, to ensure proper versioning and revision history.
Distribute approved documentation to the appropriate project personnel, consultants, and contractors, maintaining up-to-date distribution lists and tracking receipts.
Review documentation submitted by project teams for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project standards before entry into the EDMS.
Act as a central point of contact for documentation requests, coordinating the flow of information between internal teams, external partners, and the client's project management representatives.
Generate and prepare various project reports, including document status reports, transmittal logs, and document control audits, for senior managers.
Assist in compiling and formally reviewing construction turnover documentation and archiving all project files at project completion.
Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures and best practices.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive project information and terms of agreement.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably on large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
Experience with data center, mission-critical, or high-tech facility construction is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Document Control principles and procedures.
Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

Oilfield Hauler Operator Primary Responsibilities

We will train you how to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop!
Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions!
Some of our most successful lube technicians are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers!

Drain motor oil, change oil filter
Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
Inspect and top off fluids
Perform coolant exchanges

All our crew members need to meet the following requirements:
Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
