Responsibilities Complete and pass required training modules - both initial and ongoing - for Bartenders and Servers. Know your work schedule for the week, arrive at work on time, and meet standards for uniform and professional appearance. Know and understand beverage and menu options. Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines. Communicate with Manager and Hosts to understand reservations, guest flow, large parties, or special event needs. Ensure the bar is clean and well-stocked. Ensure the Lounge is clean and correctly set up for guests. Complete opening duties checklist.
