Ensure the bar is clean and well-stocked. Ensure the Lounge is clean and correctly set up for guests. Complete opening duties checklist. Greet guests as they arrive in the bar and take beverage orders. Prepare and serve drinks, ensuring that lounge guests receive outstanding service. Guide guests through the menu and ordering process. Answer questions. Follow menu merchandising procedures by listening, explaining specials, suggesting items, and up-selling. Follow standard procedures for accurately taking and inputting food orders. Serve appetizers and menu items in accordance with procedures. Follow up with Guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and food. Know and follow established drink recipes and presentation specifications. Responsible for accurate pouring and portion control. Mix drinks for Dining Room guests; place on service bar area. Follow established procedures for check presentation, payment, and tip-reporting. As they leave, thank Guests for dining with us and invite them to return.
