Design effective delivery system, responsible for the observation, evaluation, supervision of all staff required for the implementation of the services and programs at the highest standards
Development and adjustment of staffing assignments and instructional schedules, pursuant to funding, providing the maximum level of direct service at the highest standard of implementation
Assure that all instructional facilities (trailers and vans) are clean and maintained, and repaired timely, for the use by staff
