Pros of working at Burmax

Great if you love the beauty industry. Nice coworkers.

Cons of working at Burmax

Co-owners fight and provide opposite direction to everyone. There is no unified strategy. CEO jumps to conclusions about people and is all bark and no bite.

I like that he stays far away down the hall.

How would you improve Burmax's culture?

I would get some training for everyone from the top down. The owners inherited the company and don't have the skills needed to properly manage.

I read about the history and prepared some questions for them.

It is decent, because it is in office work and they frown on remote work. They are far from the city.
