QUALIFICATIONS Valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainers certificate (CPT) or a degree in an exercise science field Valid CPR certification Minimum 2 years personal training experience and or group fitness training. Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner Have a high level of understanding and presence on social media Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels and knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics Embody a hustle and grind mentality to achieve company goals and be open to grow personally and professionally Reliable and available to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and some Saturdays. Computer savvy Be able to provide excellent customer service to our members Be a team player and able to clearly communicate with the team
