Key Responsibilities:

Well established CPA firm located in downtown El Paso is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant. The Marketing and Branding Associate must work ahead of deadlines/scheduled events to ensure timeliness and completion. Below are tasks to keep track of and not fall behind on.
Primary duties:
Coordinate gifts and card for birthday's, anniversary's, holiday decorations, parties and events.
Create posts for social media, LinkedIn.
Set up for career fairs and parties.
Plan for charity projects.
Create yearly marketing calendar.
Assist with running errands.
Plan meeting and take minutes during meeting.
Book travel.
Schedule appointments.
Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School Diploma/Associate's Degree
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, etc.)
1-2 years of hands-on experience with social media content creation and strategy
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
If you have a marketing degree - $46,900 annually/$22.55 hourly
No degree - $40,400 annually/$19.42 hourly
Working hours will start off at 30 to 40 per week.

Analyze and work aging reports, prioritizing accounts based on age and dollar amount
Research and resolve denied or unpaid insurance claims
Conduct account audits and identify trends in payment delays or denials
Follow up systematically on outstanding claims with insurance companies
Submit appeals and reconsiderations for denied claims
Monitor and validate insurance payment accuracy
Identify and resolve credit balances

Required Qualifications:
