Supporting 2 attorneys (high-volume caseload)
Attorneys are more self-sufficient, so this role is best for someone proactive and organized who can anticipate needs

Experience Required
2-3+ years of paralegal experience (Insurance Defense preferred)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Prepare medical chronologies
Review and analyze medical billing records (charges, balances, outstanding amounts, etc.)
Assist with discovery (requests, responses, tracking, deadlines)
Legal calendaring / docketing and deadline management
Support expert designations and coordinate with experts
Contact experts, send records, and document what was provided
Run conflicts checks
Order and subpoena medical records
Save, organize, and maintain case documents as they come in
Communicate with clients and assist with discovery follow-up
Other paralegal duties as needed.
