Acts as the point of contact between the organization and external parties as it relates to collection efforts and issues. Responsible for on-call services and performs other duties, as assigned. Requirements Two-year associate degree in Finance or related field. Three (3) years of experience in healthcare billing and collections. Previous supervisory experience. Knowledge of billing systems software. Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals. Ability to relate well to all individuals. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to adapt to change.
