The people - while always busy, we love each other

Cons of working at Burns & McDonnell

management that doesn't make good decisions. Once you present an opportunity, you leave the room with a decision but a day later, management has spoken to another and decided to go in the opposite direction with your idea.

The Dept. I was with, was very micro management & was a horrible with time sheet approvals and giving me consistent work.
