+ Responsible for the sales, revenue and income goals for the Global Practice.

+ Plans, coordinates, communicates and facilitates activities of several disciplines on projects of all sizes from conception through completion. Successful completion of projects by collaborating and coordinating with internal and external clients.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in environmental-related sciences, geology, environmental studies, engineering, business or related degree from an accredited program and 10 years relevant consulting experience, preferably in the consulting engineering industry or project management required.

+ Expert experience in managing projects, which includes proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, design team coordination & communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination.
+ Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

# Project Overview:
Bechtel has been appointed by The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) to provide Construction Management Services for Phase II (BSVII) of The BART Silicon Valley Program. The Program further extends the BART system from the Berryessa Station in north San Jose, through downtown San Jose, and continuing to Santa Clara University.
This landmark project is a six mile, four-station extension, linking the Phase I terminus at the Berryessa/North San Jose BART station to the Santa Clara Station in the City of Santa Clara. BSVII is planned to include a 54-foot single-bore tunnel, three underground stations, one at-grade station and a maintenance facility.
# Job Summary:
The Construction Lead Planner is responsible for developing and integrating the BSVII Construction program schedule across Contract packages and engineering, procurement, T&C, Ops disciplines. The Lead Planner supervises schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities, supports project organizational and administrative activities. The Lead Planner establishes project milestones and supports development of scheduling standards and procedures.
The project controls team is working as part of the Client's team and on behalf of the Client to provide management and oversight of the multiple small and large Contractors that are under contract with the Client.\#LI-ML1

Bechtel has been appointed by The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) to provide Construction Management Services for Phase II (BSVII) of The BART Silicon Valley Program. The Program further extends the BART system from the Berryessa Station in north San Jose, through downtown San Jose, and continuing to Santa Clara University.
This landmark project is a six mile, four-station extension, linking the Phase I terminus at the Berryessa/North San Jose BART station to the Santa Clara Station in the City of Santa Clara. BSVII is planned to include a 54-foot single-bore tunnel, three underground stations, one at-grade station and a maintenance facility.
Job Summary:
The Construction Lead Planner is responsible for developing and integrating the BSVII Construction program schedule across Contract packages and engineering, procurement, T&C, Ops disciplines. The Lead Planner supervises schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities, supports project organizational and administrative activities. The Lead Planner establishes project milestones and supports development of scheduling standards and procedures.

**Qualifications**

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong technical skills in civil engineering to lead hydraulic structures projects for our hydropower clients in the Northwest, West Coast and Southwest regions.
