JOB SUMMARY: The Global Social Media Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the execution and organization of Sunrider's global social media initiatives. This position assists in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice and global strategy.
You will collaborate closely with the Global Social Media Specialist II and other members of the marketing team to produce high-quality content, monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and support influencer and community initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital storytelling and social engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):
Content Creation: Planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others).
Copywriting: Write engaging captions and assist in crafting creative posts, reels, and stories that reflect Sunrider's brand voice and global messaging.
Scheduling & Publishing: Schedule and post content using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy across time zones and regions.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels daily, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and record performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and assist in preparing monthly reports to measure campaign success.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for ongoing content innovation.
Influencer & UGC Support: Assist in coordinating influencer outreach, approvals, and content sharing; maintain organized records of creator collaborations.
Campaign & Giveaway Support: Help execute community engagement initiatives, giveaways, and brand campaigns.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and organizational assistance to the Global Social Media team as needed.
Global Collaboration: Work collaboratively with affiliate markets to share approved global content and maintain consistency in brand cohesion worldwide.
Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all social media activities comply with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Reporting: weekly and monthly reporting, and all reports as requested by Social Media Specialist II, Director, CMO, and CEO.
Social Media Training: Support and assist Social Media Specialist II for quarterly training for affiliate offices, training of freelancers, and corporate trainings when asked/able (Bootcamp, Leadership, Convention).
Event Support: PR, Influencer, Corporate event support, and coverage

Position Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator will be charged with managing a number of different social media profiles and executing the marketing strategy. The successful candidate will develop and maintain but not limited to blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites and resource centers. The candidate will be responsible for providing the customers with comprehensive analytics, date pretensions, and resource management reports. Duties & Responsibilities
Grow social media presence and generate ideas for building brand image.
Promptly respond and interact with social media followers
Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns with a variety of goals (subscriber acquisition, streams, app installs, video views, etc.)
Bring innovative ideas and recommendations to ensure the social media marketing remains modern, compelling, relevant and engaging.

We are seeking an individual with a demonstrated passion for design someone who has been actively pursuing creative projects, building their portfolio, and honing their design skills for several years. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in design, including work developed independently, in school, or through internships/employment. This person will bring both technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, as well as the creativity and drive to produce polished, brand-aligned content.
This position is responsible for supporting internal marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on graphic design. The Marketing Intern will create professional, visually engaging materials for company events and internal communications, including digital signage, posters, presentations, and campaign collateral.
This individual will learn, understand, and apply CSI design standards and event communication strategies. The Marketing Intern must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Under limited supervision, the individual will demonstrate strong visual design skills, a proactive mindset, and clear written and verbal communication. The Marketing Intern must possess a strong willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.

Primary Functions
Internal Event Marketing & Graphic Design
Design internal facing materials including posters, flyers, digital signage, and presentations using Canva and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Support the planning and execution of internal marketing campaigns by creating cohesive visual content
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and translate concepts into clear, visually appealing designs
Ensure all internal materials align with CSI branding standards and tone
Organize and maintain a digital asset library for internal marketing collateral
Communication & Collaboration
Write and edit internal communication pieces for events, announcements, and campaigns
Coordinate with departments to gather feedback and implement design revisions
Support the creation and distribution of internal event reminders
Assist in documenting templates to support future internal marketing initiatives
General Support
Manage multiple design requests while meeting project deadlines
Support other marketing or administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in a college program on track to graduate preferably in a design program

It is generally expected that this part-time position will be required to work on average 20-30 hours during the normal workweek.
