Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software
* Assist end-users with technical issues, both in-person and over the phone.
* Plan, monitor and record hardware assets and/or software licensing for compliance
* Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports

Key Responsibilities:

Must have experienced homelessness at some point in life and have been successfully housed for the last two years.
