This position is responsible for the performance of general clerical duties for Seward Station. The focus is on the processing of payroll timesheets, entering goods receipts, and providing general administrative support.
+ Verify completed time sheets based upon the union contract, maintain associated records and enter them into the SAP system for processing
+ Process invoices for payment by obtaining appropriate approval, entering goods receipts in SAP, faxing invoices to Accounts Payable, and filing paperwork
+ Research discrepancies with invoices including contacting vendors and station employees
+ Perform clerical duties such as office supply maintenance, office equipment maintenance, word processing, and photocopying
+ Utilize various computer systems (Access, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Word, etc.) in order to accomplish data and document management for the plant
+ Recognize and address administrative issues in a pro-active, anticipatory manner
+ Communicate and interact effectively with vendors and employees
+ Assist station personnel with events, tours, luncheons, etc
