How you'll contribute
A skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) who plays a critical role in evaluating patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function. This role involves close communication with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure continuity of care and effective follow-through on therapeutic goals. The PT documents all patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and upholds all professional, ethical, and legal standards in alignment with the Company's Code of Business Conduct. Prioritizing patient-centered care, the PT helps patients achieve meaningful recovery and improved quality of life. Pays close attention to detail to ensure all physicians' testing orders are carried out
Schedules history and physical appointments for patients, coordinating date of pre-testing appointment with date of surgery
Works with staff in Pre-Admission Testing to maximize available appointments, accommodating patient requests whenever possible
Coordinates bookings daily with the Operating Room and effectively works with surgery staff and physicians to resolve scheduling discrepancies
Contacts all scheduled patients via patient letter or other means, with complete documentation of all appointments, preparatory instructions, and directions
Maintains appointment log as necessary
Coordinates with other physicians' offices and hospital personnel when there is a request for surgical assistance with a case, canceling office hours to perform surgery, special equipment or x-ray films in the operating room
Verifies patient's demographic and insurance information
Pre-registers patients obtaining complete financial and demographic information and enter all information into computers in a timely and accurate manner
Verifies all insurance cards, documenting eligibility status
Notify physicians and/or patients whenever an insurance company denies admission
Effectively work with physicians and insurance companies to resolve problems. If patient has FCHP, ensure procedure is scheduled at the appropriate facility
Collaborate with Referral Management when authorization is required
Provides insurance companies with information and/or reports required to authorize procedures
Ensures second opinion has been obtained when required
Ensure patients have signed all necessary forms in the required time frame
Provides the facility where procedure will take place with prior approval/authorization numbers
Advises physicians of insurance requirements and acts as a liaison between the physician, patient and insurance company
Coordinates and processes all pre-admission activities
Files physician orders, consents, histories and physicals appropriately and indicates receipt of same
Retrieves filed patient information and places in patient's charts
Ensure test results and packet information is complete
Receives and routes incoming telephone calls. Answers the telephone in a courteous and professional manner, identifying self and department. Routes incoming calls to appropriate employees in a professional manner. Maintains a complete and accurate message log to ensure appropriate routing of messages
Comply with health and safety requirements and with regulatory agencies such as DPH, etc.
Comply with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

What do our Associate Project Managers do?
Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Maintain a full portfolio of annual maintenance accounts and/or projects - performing all contracted services including client communication and permit compliance
* Evaluate site/waterbody conditions and independently conduct aquatic pesticide applications appropriate for site conditions, permit requirements, and contracted services
* Operate a variety of watercraft and all-terrain equipment
* Manage product usage and labor costs within defined program or project budget
* Commensurate with the product label, independently calculate aquatic pesticide dosage and quantity for safe and effective target species control
* Participate in District fisheries work when required
* Perform baseline waterbody assessment and biological data collection - temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, alkalinity, water quality sample collection, algae sample collection, aquatic plant identification, etc.
* Support District operations with routine client communication, attendance at HOA and regulatory meetings, as required
* Proactively provide new and/or innovative management recommendations to portfolio clients
* Assist manager (DM/OM) and/or technical staff (PM/Biologist) with program evaluation, modification, and/or design
* Participate in project data analysis and annual report writing under the supervision of technical staff
* Develop technical reports for high-profile, innovative, and/or highly successful projects (case studies, white papers, industry presentations)
* Assist with service technique innovation and the evaluation of new pond/lake products, equipment, and strategies
* Support Project Managers with technical writing - permit project narratives, competitive bid responses, and annual client monitoring report
* Under supervision of senior technical staff, design and conduct biological evaluations to compile data for the development of customized management plans
* Provide technical support to BDC, colleagues, and clients, as required
* Assist Operations Manager with understanding project logistical requirements and scheduling
* Utilize GPS equipment to record target plant locations, calculate treatment areas, and record treatment tracks
* Using ArcView GIS software develop vegetation and treatment area maps to support customer portfolio
* Support larger one-time projects, including but not limited to - material purchases, equipment rental, staff coordination and planning, etc.
* Other duties as assigned
What do you need?
* HS diploma or GED
* 5+ years of directly relatable work experience
* Safe boating certification
* US DOT Medical Card
* Possess a valid state pesticide Aquatic category certification in all states serviced by District
* Expert knowledge of aquatic pesticide uses, application methods, and dosing
* Technical knowledge of SOLitude services and the operational execution of those services
* Knowledge of survey and field data collection techniques
* Full knowledge of aquatic environments and general aquatic plant and algae biology
* Understanding of fountain, aeration, and oxygenation system functions and applications
* Knowledge of water quality sampling and data interpretation
* Knowledge of State regulatory requirements and constraints of the District
* Must pass pre-employment background screen
* Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search
Base Pay Range
Hourly: $17.00 - $27.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).

This position is responsible for lifeguarding the pool, ensuring the safety of all members and guests, enforcing pool rules, and implementing emergency response plans as needed.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prevent emergencies by scanning the pool in a continuous and consistent manner.
Recognize emergencies or potential incidents and address them immediately
Perform assists or rescues as needed
Provide care such as, CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen as needed.
Complete incident reports in a timely and effective manner
Enforce pool rules. Handle issues as they arise in a professional manner.
Test pool chemicals at the beginning of each shift and record in log. Report any problems or variations.
Attend all required monthly and yearly in-service trainings and staff meetings
Make sure all doors are securely locked when a lifeguard is not on duty. Never leave the pool unattended.
All change in hours will be in writing. You are responsible for finding your own coverage.
Engage in active listening with members and guests in order to build relationships, understand each individual's goals and interests and take the initiative to assist in the achievement of those goals.
Bring to the attention of the Aquatic Director any new ideas or enhancement of current programs.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the pool areas.
Maintain and track current Lifeguarding and First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications with the American Red Cross for yourself
Bring to attention of the Aquatics Director any problems, complaints or suggestions that pertain to the operation of the aquatic programs.
Know the state codes for swimming pools, OSHA rules and regulations for safety and the chemicals in use and first aid for such chemicals.
Adhere to WCC Core Competencies and Employee Manual.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Current certification as American Red Cross Water Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications are prerequisites for this position. Will train to receive Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED!

General Statement of Duties:
Under the leadership of the Program Manager, Family Educator is responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of all family engagement activities including, but not limited to outreach, recruitment, and retention of Worcester parents and caregivers. Candidate must be a supportive, willing, positive, and energetic participant in the implementation of the outcome measurement system.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement family engagement outreach, programs and activities for the school year, specific to Problem Gambling Prevention.
2. Publicizes family engagement activities and events using newsletter, website, social media, etc.
3. Attend weekly meetings to discuss program operations and activities.
4. Participate and assist in the implementation of training opportunities.
5. Assure the collection of all data including participant demographic attendance and assessments.
6. Encourages parents to participate in school activities such as back-to-school nights.
7. Helps parents strengthen parenting skills and involvement in their children's lives.
8. Create a safe, supportive environment for all participants and staff
9. Obtain and monitor supplies and materials within available budget.
10. Complete incident and accident reports as necessary.
