Candidates should have experience in TAR Planning and scheduling in petrochemical plants. Experience in Ethylene Oxide unit environments is highly desired. Candidates will be a proactive member of the project team and will aid Project Managers, Project Engineers, Technology Supervisors, Site Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and other teams in planning, aligning and scheduling their respective work scopes and budgets to obtain higher visibility of project progress, and schedules at all times. Candidate Skills and Experience: Knowledgeable of planning and scheduling concepts and principles Effectively managing project controls team and implementing project controls best practices. Ability to develop schedules using the MS Project, MS Excel spreadsheet from optimization/study, design and engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning to close-out, construction implementation plan, delay/time analysis, time chainage diagram, coordinate installation program, shutdown and turnaround development schedule, project reports, procedure development, invoicing, Change Management and render training for junior planners. Can develop project schedules for any kind of project. Support analysis of schedule, identify and investigate project schedule variances. Coordinate and assist the Project Management Team in all scheduling reports needed on every project. Monitor, update and evaluate weekly and monthly progress. Collect and update data and produce progress percentage for weekly and monthly reports. Ethylene Oxide unit planning experience is highly desired. Educational Requirements Candidates should hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree and have at least 12 years of experience as a planner scheduler working on Petrochemical or Oil and Gas EPC projects.
