He is the CEO and co-founder of BurstIQ, a health-focused global network that connects businesses and people through the power of blockchain. The company’s big data blockchain platform enables true individual ownership and control of health data, sovereign identity services, granular permission-based data sharing and multi-dimensional regulatory governance frameworks. BurstIQ is the first blockchain company to deploy a HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant blockchain solution at enterprise scale, the first blockchain company to be listed as a preferred partner with the International Trade Association, and the first blockchain company to be accepted into the UN Global Compact. Frank’s career achievements span multiple industries, including Defense, Health Care, Cyber Security, AI, and Finance. He holds numerous patents in fields of cyber security and machine intelligence. Frank served in the U.S. Air Force and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a MBA from St. Mary’s University.

Brian has played a key role in the development of the BurstIQ platform, and leads network engineering and technical operations for the company. An expert in security and enterprise cloud infrastructure platforms, Brian has been published in numerous works and has mentored large-scale Engineering, DevOps, and Development teams. Prior to joining BurstIQ, Brian led Cloud Engineering for an enterprise healthcare solution provider and provided consulting expertise to numerous Fortune 500 companies. Brian has a B.S. in Information Technology from Kansas State University.

Amber Mortensen Hartley is a Chief Strategy Officer at burstIQ and is based in Denver, Colorado. She has worked as Licensing Specialist at AFFYMETRIX INC; Independent Researcher at Bodega Marine Laboratory - University of California, Davis; and Business Development & Licensing Manager at Palm Inc. Amber studied at UC San Diego and SJSU.

Rob Lubeck is a competitive, results oriented high-performance executive with a rich background in Start-up and Growth Organizations across multiple industries with a passion and talent for leadership, ideation, marketing, sales and P&L oversight.He has over 25 years of experience which includes serving as Chief Executive Officer for a Consumer and Educational toy company Building Creative Kids where he leads Strategy and Operations with full responsibility for bottom line factors including planning, marketing, sales and international channel strategy.Rob began his career with the global marketing and advertising firm Foote, Cone and Belding and was then part of two successful start-ups in the .com world including Verio and OneSecure focusing on IP Security. He then made the successful leap to Real Estate Development/Management and was instrumental in the success of several projects primarily located in Hawaii valued at over $300 million dollars.He is a third generation Colorado native who is passionate about his wife, 2 children and labradoodle. Outside of work, he enjoys private equity investing, Orange Theory Fitness, adventure travel, studying new cultures and is passionate about skiing, biking, cooking, fine wine, tequila and art.
