Current Michigan licensure as a Registered Dental Assistant (R.D.A.) or Dentist with Doctor of Dental Surgery or Medical Dentistry (D.D.S./D.M.D.) credential. 3. At least three years of full time recent, relevant dental assisting clinic experience, and with occupational experience in the application of four-handed dentistry principles. 5.
