Usually, bus aides don't need a college education. The most common degree for bus aides is high school diploma with 50% graduates, with only 16% bus aide graduates earning associate degree. Bus aides who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or Baker College. Some good skills to have in this position include safety rules, kids and cpr.
