Key Responsibilities:
Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Passenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
Vehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.

Qualifications:
23 years or older
Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Availability to work flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

Loading Trucks: Inspect furniture to ensure acceptable condition. Load truck safely to protect products from damage during transport. Ensure accurate loading order of items to meet delivery specifications.
Operations Planning & Communication: Attend pre-delivery meetings to review logistics, timelines, and client expectations, contributing to smooth and successful event execution. Deliveries: Install and assemble furniture at tradeshow or event venues based on floor plans or client instructions, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and aesthetic presentation. Clean, touch up, or perform repairs as needed. Use show site mobile app to ensure and document accurate delivery.
Pick-ups: Inspect furniture for any customer-inflicted damage, load in trucks. Ensure no product is left behind at venues.
Provide onsite customer service: Interact professionally with clients during deliveries and setups, addressing questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Supervise temporary labor: Instruct temporary associates how and where to deliver, pickup, load, or unload products onsite. Ensure that work is being performed as per the clients' requests and safely.
Perform warehouse duties as needed: Manually load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, and docks. Put items away and organize within the warehouse. Unbox & clean products.
