Our shuttle services are morning, Noon, afternoon and evening schedules. Due to COVID-19 most of the casinos stopped their bus program and currently, we are serving only Graton Hotel and casino in Rohnert Park, California. We also occasionally have charters that we book all around California ranging from smaller events like (49er games & airport transfers) to large scale events like Music festivals, weddings, and national parks.
For our casino shuttle service our routes are fixed and all pickup and drop off locations are the same every day, making it very easy to learn and understand the routes (90% of drivers only require 1 day of training/orientation). Each route has three pickup points and we drop off the passengers at the same locations. No GPS needed! Our routes cover cities such as San Leandro, Hayward, Newark, Milpitas and San Jose.
Current Base Pay (NOT including tips) is 175.00 per day based on Minimum WAGE, however Full time drivers can make anywhere between 1000-1500$ just in tips every month! Thats 12-15K per year just in tips!!! All for you to keep for yourself! Part time drivers (depending on the days worked) can make upwards to 50-75$ in tips per day doing Casino Shuttles! Weekends are extremely busy with 25 to 30 buses going out on Saturdays and Sundays Collectively. We have had employees with excellent "Driver Side Manner" make upwards to 200 and even 300$ in tips in 1 day by being safe and likable drivers to our customers. Drivers Side Manner and customer service is Key! Please ask employer for more information regarding payroll.
We are looking for Full time and part time drivers. Drivers must be flexible for all the schedules and willing to work in any available routes, however we are flexible and will work with your schedule to create a shift that works for both sides. Your driving times can vary but won't ever exceed 4-6 hours per day since the distance to the casino is very short.

Providing safe transportation for clients to increase access to needed services.
Receiving, managing and delivering the inventory of purchased goods and in-kind donations, including equipment, furniture, food and supplies.
Drivers are responsible for the transportation needs of clients. Following all applicable federal and state driving laws, Driver ensures that clients are safely transported to and from various locations related to their treatment needs. Drivers also ensure that all transportation documentation is appropriately maintained and up-to-date. Key Responsibilities
Transportation Responsibilities:
Safely transports client in company provided vehicle following all applicable federal and state driving laws.
Maintains appropriate staff/client boundaries at all times.
Treat program participants with respect and dignity, interacting with them in a caring, non-judgmental manner, utilizing harm reduction and trauma-informed care principles.
Comply with all COVID 19 health and safety protocols.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Participates in the delivery and pick up of various donated goods including furniture, food, clothing etc. Loads and unloads trucks, organizes donated goods in the warehouse.
Vehicle Maintenance Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring routine vehicle maintenance including inspections, interior and exterior cleaning and pumping gas. Maintains all such documentation. Responsible for adhering to vehicle cleaning protocols as part of the Covid-19 response.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintains and prepares vehicle usage logs. Maintains accurate vehicle documentation with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements.
