Key Responsibilities:
Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Passenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
Vehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.

Qualifications:
23 years or older
Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Availability to work flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

The BusDriver works closely with the center management team to efficiently plan daily bus schedules and will support the programs of Crème de la Crème, that are designed to promote the children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. BusDrivers typically work a split shift. Full-time positions available for people looking to work with children too.
Qualifications:
Maintain a valid driver's license
Be a minimum of 21 years of age
Have no record of a commercial motor vehicle moving violations, Reckless/careless driving offense, Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), or a Suspended driver's license
Experience in child care or a school setting (preferable)
As a Crème de la Crème BusDriver, you will spend your days:
Provide safe transportation for children, to and from school.
Treats each child with dignity and respect.
Uses positive guidance techniques consistent with company policies and procedures.
Perform the required pre-trip safety inspection of the vehicle.
Be able to perform safe-driving responsibilities while maintaining the supervision of children.
Strives to prevent injuries. Handles emergencies, accidents, and injuries appropriately if they occur.
Understands and implements emergency procedures in cases of fire, tornado, chemical leak, or other emergencies.
As a Crème de la Crème Kitchen Assistant, you will spend your days:
Assist Kitchen Manager in all operations according to state and health regulations, and Crème guidelines.
Support Kitchen Manager in stocking food, paper products and cleaning supplies.
Substitute for Kitchen Manager during an absence.
Shop at local stores for daily necessities such as milk, bread, etc.
Obtain daily lunch counts for each class.
Assist Kitchen Manager in preparing meals and snacks.
Aide in delivering meals and snacks to classrooms in a timely manner according to schedules.
Collect leftover food and dishes from classrooms after meals.
Wash and sanitize all dishes as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and pantry areas.
Clean, disinfect, and sanitize the entire kitchen area as needed throughout the day.
Dispose of trash daily and as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY
The School BusDriver's main responsibilities are to safely transport students and staff, and to fulfill the required duties of daily bus operations. The position reports to the Director of Transportation.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
Transport students and authorized personnel to and from school, field trips, and other approved activities.
Ensure the safety and welfare of all transported passengers.
Obey traffic laws and submit required reports.
Follow school transportation policies and procedures.

Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, supervisors, managers, etc.
Use a two-way radio to interact and communicate professionally with the dispatch office and/or supervisor.
Report accidents, problems, and other required shuttle information (both mechanical and cosmetic) to management in a timely manner.
Keep the shuttle bus secure and follow all safety procedures.
Maintain alertness and be observant of any activity, both authorized and unauthorized, and take appropriate actions.
Adhere to all safety codes and OSHA standards.
Respond to all guest/visitor inquiries and resolve service/ customer discrepancies accordingly in a respectable manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have valid Class B license and have at least 2 years of licensed driving experience, with passenger endorsement.
Must have an unexpired Medical Certificate.
Must be able to submit and pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be at least 25 years of age.
Must be able to meet the following MVR guidelines:
- Have a clean driving record (no moving violations in 3 years and no DUIs, suspended licenses, etc. )
- No Major violations within a 5-year period (speeding over 15+ mph, driving without a license, etc.)
- No active reckless driving violations (within 5 years)
- No active leave the scene, vehicular homicide/ assault violation.
- No record or refusing an alcohol test required by Law Enforcement.

- No violation constituting a serious traffic offense: Improper or erratic lane change/Following too closely/Connection to Fatal Accident. Driving a commercial vehicle without proper/verified license or endorsement. Texting while driving a commercial motor vehicle and/or using a cell phone. Violating a railroad crossing rule while operating a commercial motor vehicle.
