This includes client face sheets listing authorized person(s) to take a child from the bus, Parent Consent for Medication Administration and Emergency Treatment form, printed maps to every client's home. • Turn in gas receipts at the end of each month. • Complete and turn in monthly inspections on assigned vehicles, if appropriate, on the last working day of the month • Immediately reports all transportation related incidents to supervisor. • Attend scheduled staff meetings. • Complete all required training in a timely manner. • Submits Work Orders on vehicle maintenance requests and other problems. • Complete minor vehicle maintenance tasks • Assist in scheduling/delivering/picking up vehicles at shop • Follows FCC and FPS policies and procedures. • Maintains current and valid AR Driver's License and ensures the HR Department has a copy of this for their files. A CDL may be required for this position. • Other duties as assigned • This is a safety sensitive position. Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc. and the clients.
