Neil Frederick joined Bush Industries in April 1988 as Director of Operational Accounting and has held a variety of management positions with the Company since then, including Treasurer and Vice President of Finance. He joined the Company after ten years with Rockwell International Corporation, where he held a variety of increasingly responsible financial management positions for its Automotive Operations. His last position was Controller of its New Castle, PA facility. Prior to that, he spent time in Changchun, China as Finance Director – China Operations. Neil began his career at the Kansas City, KS plant of General Motors Assembly Division. Neil holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from General Motors Institute and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration degree from Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University.
