The Business Partner role provides leadership to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts. The BBSI Business Partner is responsible for leading a multi-million dollar business unit that consults on a broad range of organizational development and operational issues. The primary objective of the Business Partner is to lead a team of subject matter experts in delivery of high-impact solutions that grow revenue and profits for small to mid-size clients as well as partner with client business owners to accelerate growth, reduce loss, and build better companies.
The Business Partner will collaborate with client companies to educate, advise, and influence them on matters involving, but not limited to, cultural development, change management, strategic planning, and growth strategy.
This position is a

that reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-125,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

**The Opportunity**
As a dedicated Business Risk and Controls Advisor, you will be responsible for planning and driving first line of defense control testing that evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of key and non-key controls to mitigate risk exposure to regulatory and operational requirements. **What you'll do:**
+ Advise the business on how to strengthen and run their control environment pertaining to oversight of procedures/process, accurate regulatory reporting and filing, document governance, Risk control self-assessments, procedure governance, control design, new product controls, Company and Staff Agency Third Party Governance, or quality governance.
+ Perform ongoing supervision and oversight of business controls which may include the coordination of testing, root cause analysis, control design, and examining key risk metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of established business controls.
+ Perform risk data analysis, report preparation and trend analysis, using business intelligence tools.
+ Partner with business owners to assist them in the identification of control failures and assesses the impact.
+ Maintain processes, procedures, and tools for handling exception alerts as they occur, including monitoring of resulting exception cases.
+ Provide control oversight to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
+ Serve as a resource to team members.
+ Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
**What you have:**
+ Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Compensation Range
$159,225 - 273,330

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior Mission Assurance Advisor to conduct advanced risk analyses to protect critical space capabilities by identifying vulnerabilities, enhancing resilience, leading mission assurance programs, and

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive staff support including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses to safeguard space capabilities.
Identify critical assets, assess vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation measures per DODD 3020.40 and DODI 3020.45.
Integrate risk assessments to strengthen resilience across all operational phases.
Manage mission assurance programs focused on information assurance and process integration.
Collaborate with HQ USSF SMEs to analyze threats, address vulnerabilities, and advocate mitigation actions.
Plan and deliver Mission Assurance training for HQ SpOC weapon system leads, up to twice annually.
Implement risk management programs for critical systems and assets. Ensure compliance with MA policies, instructions, and procedures per DODI 3020.45.
Coordinate with SMEs and units to identify Task Critical Assets and supporting infrastructure.
Support HHQ risk assessments and develop Risk Response Plans to reduce TCA risks.
Manage and validate MA program data in the Asset Management systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility
Minimum of 10 years in mission assurance, risk management, or related analytical roles supporting military or defense operations, with demonstrated expertise in coordinating with senior military staff, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing effective risk mitigation to safeguard critical assets and ensure resilience.
Professional certification in risk management, mission assurance, or a
related discipline preferred.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Consultant is $90K- $125K, and Senior Consultant $125K-$175K. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
