POSITION SPECIFICS
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $110,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.

Position Summary:
The Senior Managing Trade Consultant is an integral member of the Mohawk Global Trade Advisory team (MGTA), a group of subject-matter experts who constitute the consultative arm of Mohawk's international trade business. Deliver road map initiatives and scalable Business Implementations
As a Business Change Manager, you will be working on projects supporting our customer integration process and other operational projects that will support our customers & operations. You will be representing global stakeholders and will interact with our largest clients thereof. You will manage the implementation on behalf of global projects & interests, in close collaboration with our local & regional teams. You will ensure together with IT, that the proper solutions will to best possible way, support our customer's future journey with DSV, via our integrations. You will be responsible for your own projects, and work together with internal stakeholders to move ahead with further projects in the interest of enterprise strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage technical implementations
• Together with Sales and “ONE IT” engage with the (potential) client as the responsible person to onboard the client at DSV
• Sign off on the proposed Business Requirement Document to initiate integrations, and align the scope with the customer
• Together with ONE IT, align the planning (high level and detailed) with Operations, Customer, the Customer Integration Office and EI
• Ensures that the User Acceptance Tests scenarios are created & executed accordingly
• Ensures that all local stakeholders are aligned. & committed to the projects
• Ensures that all local contributors have committed to the plan and are delivering on time and on quality
• Acts as the first point of contact for Operations after the Business Go live, Troubleshooting, Advising - during Hypercare period
Close cooperation with Group Integration office (CINTO), in establishing/maintaining current & future work process/protocols for BIMs globally
Analyze any current EDI+ and special setups and see how we can convert more to standard or make our standard fit more requests
Understand our EDI & API services and guide customers/sales towards API First
API - take the lead in educating sales staff to sell API over EDI and take input from our customers to use for improving our API product
Assist in migrating customers from legacy platforms, onto future corporate platforms

Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for monitoring, recording, and supporting production processes on the production floor to ensure consistent quality, food safety, and efficiency. This role spends approximately 90% of the time on the manufacturing floor observing equipment, checking process parameters, and verifying that operations meet established standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor critical process parameters (temperature, flow rates, pressures, timings) across pasteurization, separation, homogenization, filling, and cleaning cycles.
Conduct routine process checks to verify compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Record data accurately in control logs, digital systems, and batch records.
Identify process deviations, communicate issues promptly to operators and supervisors, and influence/support troubleshooting efforts.
Assist in verifying CCPs (Critical Control Points) and CPs (Control Points) as defined in the HACCP plan.
Work closely with and ability to influence operators to ensure corrective actions are applied when parameters are outside specification.
Support continuous improvement by reporting recurring process issues, inefficiencies, or opportunities for optimization.
Ensure proper sanitation practices and equipment conditions are maintained during production.

Job Description
Vertex is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Surety team in NYC! This role provides the opportunity to leverage your expertise in evaluating construction claims, assess project risks, and support surety providers in navigating complex challenges.
Manage construction projects, including on-site supervision and compliance monitoring
Investigate and analyze performance and payment bond claims, contractor defaults, and construction deficiencies
Review construction documents, prepare technical reports, and conduct project schedule analysis
Perform construction project financial audits and evaluate contract claims
Prepare and monitor consulting budgets while maintaining targeted billability
Develop and maintain key client relationships
Participate in technical presentations and prepare marketing materials
Travel as required for projects. Travel includes both local and national travel, with minimal notice
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; advanced degree preferred (Related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education)
Experience
Minimum of 10 years industry experience
Demonstrated technical expertise in construction management, engineering, or architecture
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in standard software packages and project management tools

Additional Information
The annualized base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 per year.
