Responsibilities
Support the bank business line leadership on project planning, priority setting, risk identification, communication, reporting and issue escalation.
· Lead communication with constituents at all levels that participate in the network program.
· Collaborate with Treasury program leaders to provide strategic thought leadership for outreach and awareness of available Treasury electronic collection and payment solutions to Federal agencies.

· Development of feasibility studies, business cases, and cost benefit analyses to assist in agency decision-making. Identify unique collection challenges for Federal agencies to enable tailored engagement approaches.
· Coordinate and implement ideas and solutions that promote product acceptance and growth across the participating agencies
· Guide agencies through the product implementation process by conveying Treasury's strategic electronic deposit solution vision and addressing agency business and technical requirements.
· Develop, enhance and recommend changes in support of outreach content, including those for Fiscal Service's public website.
· Develop understanding of any unique Treasury systems and federal agency business requirements as it pertains to collections and payment solutions.
· Oversee coordination of meetings and other outreach logistics, including scheduling and set up of agency/financial institution outreach and training events such as conferences, webinars, and user groups.
· Facilitate meetings with appropriate agencies, financial institutions, FRS system, and treasury application team representatives to review progress, track, and resolve issues.
Experience Requirements
· 5+ years of job-related business experience in payments, e-commerce, card services, or banking industries.
· 3+ years of robust knowledge with learning management systems; development software to create a variety of learning materials and solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to reach logical conclusions and prepare recommendations, focusing on the likely effects on goals, policies, and procedures.
· Thorough knowledge of business opportunity assessment, research, and product development.

**In this role, you will:**

This includes reviewing publications by the Wells Fargo Investment Institute (WFII) including, but not limited to Global Securities Research, Global Manager Research, Global Portfolio Management, and Managed Solutions & Investment Implementation Departments and the Product department within the IS COE including, but not limited to FundSource, Personalized UMA, Private Advisor Network, Mutual Funds, Closed End Funds, Retirement and Annuities
+ Other responsibilities may include executing supervisory procedures; evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, and internal controls; and other related duties as assigned
+ Risk project coordination responsibilities
+ Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
+ Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
+ Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
+ Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

+ Successfully completed FINRA Series 24 examination to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

**Job Expectations:**

The Role:
This will be a high impact role centered around driving usage and adoption of data across sales and customer lifecycle. As the Business Intelligence intern you will be tasked with developing and maintaining business dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators across the Golf and Diamond Sports business units. You will support Rapsodo's SaaS transformation by tracking new initiatives to measure the impact they have on the business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for updating North America Weekly Sales dashboards for both Golf and DS.
Maintain SaaS Transformation Jira board and updates.
Utilize tools like Mixpanel, Salesforce, Salesloft, and Shopify to deliver business insights and track the performance of new business initiatives.
Collaborate with CS, Sales and Marketing on projects related to Sales and customer lifecycle.
Work with Salesforce developers to support testing and development of our GTM systems roadmap.
Support the implementation of data governance policies and best practices across our GTM and customer lifecycle systems.
Support onboarding and testing of New system/tooling within our tech stack.
Requirements
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Interest in business intelligence, data analysis, and using data to support sales and customer lifecycle decisions.
Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and structured datasets.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to communicate insights clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage both recurring tasks and project work.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes.
Prior internship, coursework, project, or part-time experience related to data analysis, business operations, analytics, or reporting.
