About the Role
The Business Development Associate owns the full acquisition cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, property evaluations, presenting the Blue Gems value proposition, and closing new homeowner agreements.

You will speak directly with homeowners, investors, and real estate partners, guiding them through how their property can succeed as a short-term rental under Blue Gems.

What You Bring to the Table:
3 - 5 years of outside sales experience required.
MRO Industrial supply background required.
Deep understanding of industrial distribution channels and manufacturer/distributor dynamics.
