The Importance of this Role
The Insurance Agent (P&C or Personal Lines License) is responsible for helping drive revenue and growth for the organization. You will be tasked with educating and advising customers on the most optimal personal lines insurance products. Matic specializes in streamlining the process for customers going through the lending process to purchase homeowners insurance. Because of that, Matic is able to deliver qualified leads to our insurance advisors, so you can spend time doing what you do best, selling insurance.
What You'll Do
Handle incoming calls from customers seeking a better insurance option.
Advising customers on best home and auto insurance options in marketplace
Actively participate in team activities, trainings, and brainstorm sessions to help shape our process.
Staying up to date on market trends, carrier products, guidelines and procedures
Create a five star customer service resulting in a world class customer satisfaction score

Barbasol (Perio, Inc.) has an immediate opening for a full-time Business Development Representative to join our sales force in building and maintaining successful working relationships with our retail and other business partners.
You will apply your experience and expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to:
Execute sales strategies within your portfolio of regional grocers, convenience/amenities brokers, and off-retail partners and to identify opportunities for new account growth.
Grow Barbasol and Pure Silk market share by identifying competitor and category trends and recommending growth strategies.
Utilize retailer client portals to effectively pull supplemental data and submit Barbasol/Pure Silk promotional deals, new items, etc.
Manage and grow our off-retail, convenience, and amenities customer base.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in sales, business, marketing, or related field of study. Additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated success in Sales or Marketing roles as typically acquired by 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in CPG industry.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

This job function is primarily performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions.
