EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI development, analytics, or data visualization roles. Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools) including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.
