Job Overview:
The Endoscopy Application Analyst II is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of the designated application. They are primarily responsible for the overall build of the workflows, system configurations, change documentation and support of operations for the application. They are self-directed and work with minimal supervision. The Application Analyst II is responsible for the installation,upgrades and the configuration of the application. The Application Analyst II assists in the coordination of customer support activities. The Application Analyst II creates the test scripts for the application, executes the test scripts, and documents all test outcomes, including troubleshooting and support - these activities apply to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives. The Application Analyst II is responsible for addressing customer or build issues, recommending mitigation plans and escalating more complex issues after research of issue. The Application Analyst II also provides on-call support for the application through go-live and ongoing maintenance period.
Required:
2+ years prior system build experience
Demonstrated ability to support the application
Previous experience working with specified customer base.
Ability to work with moderate supervision.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

Essential Functions:
The Application Analyst II is the primary support for the assigned application(s). In addition to the duties discussed in the Role Description, the Analyst is responsible for the following:
1) Executing Application Design and Build:
Designing and building the related application
Working with Operations to optimize the design of the application's capabilities and workflows
Utilizes external resources for best practice builds and solutions
Performing a thorough review of all Foundation Build and operational requested content and workflows for application
Participating in unit, application, and integrated testing for implementation, upgrade, and enhancement system functionality
Building data fields, screens, templates, and customer-defined functionality, as required
Collaborates with the training team and others to ensure alignment between the proposed training curriculum and the system build.
Following build standards and maintaining synchronization between environments in collaboration with environment team
Works with moderate supervision
Acts as a resource for Level 1 analyst
Assists with development of Change Readiness demos and documentation
2) Application Support:
Providing go-live support for customers on new applications, including functionality
Providing on-call support for application through go-live and post go-live
Representing application in Integrated Area Workgroups
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
Works with customers, informatics on enhancement request requirements
Supporting continuous documentation of system modifications and updates
Shares knowledge and is a resource for Application Analyst I
Validates work performed by newly certified or new work by Application Analyst I
3) Documentation and Communication:
Maintaining continued ticket communication with customers ongoing and with closing incident, catalog and enhancement tickets Must include details in ticket resolution/closing.
Contacting the customer regarding ticket resolution if resolved or unable to fill request.
Logging decisions and issues/risks in trackers during build/projects
Supporting application governance needs, including development of business case for decisions
Maintaining version control of workflows, issues/risks log, and decisions tracker
Supervising basic issues and roadblocks, escalating issues as needed
Communicating with supervisors to determine necessary escalations
Presents oral and written communication to project team
4) Project Management:
Recommending areas for process improvement
Assisting with development of future state materials
Following the process for identification, tracking, resolution and closure of all issues
Following the change control process and any required changes
Collaborates with team members across the department as well as operational staff
Developing test scripts for new systems, complying with version upgrades and system modifications

The Programmer Analyst performs analysis, design, programming, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs to solve business problems. Participates in the development of programming/system specifications, including policies and procedures. Interfaces with internal and external users, database administrators of health surveillance software and other IT departments to identify system problems and proposes solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Develops and manages project plans.
Interacts with users and other related areas to gather requirements and compile data.
Designs and develops application programs from analysis to implementation.
Develops documentation, formulates, and applies policies and procedures.
Assists in or manages the installation of software and/or hardware components.
Maintains familiarity with subsystems, including an ability to generate queries and analytic programs using common programming languages (e.g., SQL, SAS).
Develops and applies integrated application, system, or network standards as required.
Evaluates and recommends hardware and software solutions.
Assists in problem determination and resolution.
Performs system tuning, monitoring, and trend analysis.
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Four (4) years of progressive experience and increasing responsibility in related technology field.
SQL and SAS programming experience
Health care experience, understanding of electronic health data, transmission standards for electronic health data
Requirement of development Python (Flask, Django, Pandas) and JavaScript(React)
Knowledge of cancer surveillance processes, cancer epidemiology, surveillance research, and cancer registry data a plus.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour

About You
Summary
The Financial Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between the business, Finance and Tech teams to support and maintain the effective running of financial systems. You will play an important role in analyzing financial data, financial systems and their integration within various business processes.

Essential Functions
Perform systems and data analysis, monitoring data flows between sub-systems and general ledgers, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Identify inefficiencies, recommend and implement best practice process and system improvements.
Administer and reconcile the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 ERP system feeds.
Review and reconcile daily and weekly sub-system transfers and 3rd party interfaces (Payroll, Cash & Sales, Pharmacy A/R, DSD, Treasury, Mainframe Accounts Receivable.)
Support the maintenance and issue resolution with all Oracle Finance users (General Ledger, Accounts Payable and OCR vendor invoice management system, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Sales Point of Sale system, Fixed Assets).
Support the Payment Request Form (PRF) process and automated bank reconciliation systems.
Support users in troubleshooting and resolving system and process related issues.
Perform system testing during upgrades and projects, while maintaining process documentation and operating procedure for audits and training.
Be an effective contributor to the Financial Systems Support team and work closely with various Wakefern teams, Wakefern Tech, Coop Members, Accounting and Finance associates.
Collaborate effectively with Finance and Tech teams to ensure financial systems transactions for the members, Wakefern and its subsidiaries are running smoothly, ensuring daily, weekly and period end close objectives are supported.
Log systems support issues, drive the resolution and recommend optimal controls and compliance.
Develop and maintain an expert level of functional knowledge of the financial systems and applications.
Additional Functions
Perform appropriate master data setup to enable accurate financial postings for business operations and system integrations.
Review/build controls for transactions to enhance processing accuracy and accountability.
Provide training and guidance to financial users on systems functionality and processes.
Work with the Audit team for the SOC1 compliance audit for controls.
Create process documents, policies, procedures and controls. Provide management with recommendations for improving all accounting processes.
Assist in vendor setup and check printing as needed
Actively participate in system upgrades and enhancements, projects and new system/process implementations; translate business requirements to system functional requirements to ensure desired results.
Create and execute test scripts, track and communicate test plans, test results and unresolved problems; follow through until successful retest results.
Ensure confidentiality of Member/Wakefern data.
Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems concentration.
Minimum 3-year experience with system enhancement processes, project implementation and testing with Oracle and/or SAP.
Strong technical skills in working with and understanding systems, files structures and databases.
Excellent analytical, task management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
