If they are remote/hybrid - they need to be self starters, proactive with communication and take initiative. Having a few issues on the team right now where the leadership is having to constantly ask for updates and deadlines are being missed.
Looking for a solid mid-senior level DeltaV engineer who can do configurations, operating batch layer code, updating recipes and phases

Big selling point - Greenfield 4B project. Fuji is building out the largest CDMO in North America which will be 5 Drug substance buildings. They did a carbon copy of the automation framework from their sister site in Denmark for the first 2 buildings DSM1 and DSM2. Now they are working to copy that code to the 3rd and 4th buildings which arent yet structures. Code can be copied, but each customer for each building needs slightly different things so it's not going to be an exact match.
Can come from an integrator background or working directly for a pharma company
Automation Integrator companies we can target - Cognizant, NNE, Skellig, Rovisis, I-Pharma, RE Mason, Black Diamond, MMR Consulting, CAI, Commissioning Agents, ValSource, IPS - Integrated Project Services, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson (EMR)
