We are seeking a Senior Transactional Business System Analyst who will provide business process analysis, transactional system analysis, documentation and updates for technology (Facilities, Occupancy Planning, Workplace Management Systems). This role will focus on project work specific to our master data management program, an effort to ensure governed and quality data is being created by our technology based on our business processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Drive/clarify business processes for technology system work.

What You'll Do
* Collaborate in implementing systems, technology, and equipment to modernize and improve the NEMT mileage reimbursement process, improving member experience and reducing operational and process barriers to accessing qualified reimbursements.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across multiple systems, working closely with teams across internal and external NEMT teams to identify and resolve issues.
* Develop and maintain reporting tools that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
* Gather requirements and collaborate with Ride Connection and NEMT leadership to identify technology needs and develop IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
* Lead the planning and implementation of new technology initiatives, including system upgrades, process automation, and data integration projects.
* Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to use technology effectively.
* Document all processes, workflows, and system changes, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records.
* Analyze current business processes and data to make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis
* Demonstratable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI, and other Power Applications.
* Demonstrable experience with data management, automation tools, and reporting systems.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow optimization.
* Ability to pass a National Criminal Record Check, including fingerprint identification.

* Experience in demand-response public transportation.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and creating and manipulating Pivot Tables
* Experience or familiarity with Click-up, JIRA and Confluence
* SCRUM Master and/or PMI Certification
* Transportation program management

* Familiarity with transportation program management and auditing processes.
* Experience working with older adults and people with disabilities.
