Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance and others based on organizational requirements. Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional Workday solutions. Develop and deliver ad-hoc and scheduled reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools. Partner with HR, Finance, and IT leads to resolve problems and provide innovative solutions and system enhancements.
