The Senior Epic Analyst - Beacon/Willow is primarily responsible for protocol and medication build and the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Beacon (Oncology) workflows. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead protocol builds in Epic Beacon, including treatment plans, orders, and clinical workflows. (Protocols experience required)
Support medication builds and other pharmacy workflows
Partner with oncology clinical staff to understand protocol requirements and translate them into effective Epic workflows.
Configure, maintain, and support Epic Beacon workflows.
Participate in testing, validation, and optimization initiatives for new or updated Beacon functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Beacon workflows, escalating complex problems as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, IT, or related field.
5 years of experience directly involved in Epic application support performing builds in the targeted application(s).
Demonstrated experience with protocol and medication management/build in oncology or complex clinical workflows.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
Understanding of Willow medication build or prior Willow experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Data Integrity Coordinator
This position involves researching and analyzing gifts to ensure appropriate donor credit and proper fund designation, as well as identifying discrepancies and adjusting records as deemed necessary. This position generates tax receipts daily and annually, in accordance with applicable regulations. The DI Coordinator is also responsible for reconciling gifts recorded in the CRM with deposits in coordination with the Cashier's office, updating donor records based on supporting gift documentation and transforming data received through data loads from various on campus.
In addition, this position is also responsible for preparing pledges and recurring gifts for data integration, producing, and reviewing gift receipts, communicating with university departments, such as payroll, annual giving and other third-party vendor services, and maintaining data on constituent contact preferences, alumni activities, foreign gifts, and various other data points to ensure successful engagement, participation and fundraising outcomes.
Essential Functions
Gift Accounting
Provide timely and accurate gift processing. Handle complex donations including stocks, wire transfers, planned gifts, Donor Advised Fund gifts, matching gifts and other transaction types as needed.
Maintain comprehensive electronic gift back up in an organized and accessible manner.
Scan checks to deposit directly to the bank; prepare cash and foreign check deposits for the bank and process related batches, produce and send gift receipts.
Complete integrity projects as assigned (correcting recognition credits, standardizing attribute fields, pledge application/adjustments, updating appeal codes).
Records and Database Management
Maintain biographical information, research various sources to ensure the accuracy of data and similar projects as assigned. Ensure biographical information for donors is complete and accurate.

Position Overview
Our Summer Analyst/Associate Internship program mirrors the analyst experience to give you an understanding of our business and experience project work at Charles River Associates. Throughout the 8-10 week program, Analyst/Associate Interns work alongside senior colleagues to deliver live client consulting projects within the practice area. Position Overview
Our Summer Analyst/Associate Internship program mirrors the analyst experience to give you an understanding of our business and experience project work at Charles River Associates. Throughout the 8-10 week program, Analyst/Associate Interns work alongside senior colleagues to deliver live client consulting projects within the practice area. During the internship program, you may work on many aspects of a project:

Assignments fall into a range of categories, including M&A, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, and capital markets. Summer Analysts are expected to spend 9 weeks at the Firm.
You'll need to have:
