Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Step into a high-visibility Corporate IT role where your functional expertise in Infor Syteline (CSI) directly shapes how our global organization operates end to end. As an IT BusinessAnalyst, you will participate in the functional implementation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Infor Syteline/CSI ERP platform, delivering solutions that align business needs with enterprise goals. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Logo review - Assist in combing through all master files to make sure they are up to date with current licensing standards; updates to be made where applicable
Creation of merchandising guidelines to be distributed to customers for Fall 2026
Work collaboratively with entire team on Fall 2026 events
Assist with updating style guides and make sure we are adhering to current brand standards across all leagues
General order assistance for Special Markets sales team
Generating creative ideas with licensed and sales teams for all leagues our department works alongside (NCAA, MLB, MiLB, NFL) for continued growth

Internship Program Overview:
This is a paid, in-person internship based in our Raleigh or Durham offices, running from May 18 through August 7, 2026.
