Preferred Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, with experience in digital product development, specifically eCommerce and booking engines. Strong background in casino, hospitality, or travel industry, with a focus on casino booking engines or similar guest-facing platforms. Proven experience managing product backlogs and working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with loyalty programs, mobile-first product development, and other digital products for the hospitality or casino industry. Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process flows. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
