Essential Functions/Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will: • Acquire new railroad domain knowledge quickly and continually adapt to different stakeholder, customer, and team styles • Develop and manage functional and non-functional requirements for one or more complex development projects, and ensure continued alignment with business and technology drivers • Decompose project scope with minimal direction, apply best practices to develop and maintain product backlogs against which development teams will execute • Document project scope expertly.
