As the Data Analytics Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to Endeavor Health's Research Institute (RI) as a whole. The Data Analytics research analytics team is positioned under IT and RI as the 9th CRU, called CRU9 and serves all of the research analytics needs of Endeavor.
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices. Our ideal candidate would also have research background, with an additional benefit of having prior exposure to Women's Health Services research.
What you will do:
* Participate in the analytics-based improvement projects that leverage data collected from electronic medical record to measure patient outcomes.
* Gather business requirements by conducting meetings with primary research investigators (PI).
* Produces valuable insights from data and contributes to making evidence-based decisions.
* Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data insights using skills developed using analytics software and programming languages.
* Work with RI scientists and clinicians to analyze data that will help drive decisions on patient centered interventions, compete for new external funding from NIH, NSF, and private sources, support clinical trials with data insights, and help share acquired knowledge from research via journal publications and conference presentations.

* Assist and coach newer researchers on study design, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation tasks, ensuring datasets are properly structured and ready for analysis.
* Partner with the data science team to conduct in-depth data analysis. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of research data throughout the process.

* Ensure all developed solutions are tuned to meet acceptable system performance thresholds.
* Remains updated on latest healthcare technologies available in the market and promotes the adoption of relevant technologies. Engaged with industry related organizations, such as HIMSS, Epic UGM / XGM, Vizient, Microsoft/PowerBI as appropriate.

The person will be responsible for applying knowledge of regulations, policies, protocols, and/or control procedures as driven by industry standards to complete new Finished Good Product commercialization's. Responsible for participating on project teams to gather large volumes of information, which supports the commercialization of a new or changing Finished Good. This data is the single common source of product information, containing key attributes broadly used by organizations' applications that drive varying business critical functions. Gatekeeper of information, sometimes confidential in nature, accountable for accuracy, compliance and timely processing. Strong communication with various stakeholder groups and business teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales Planning, Consumer Promotions and Finance that are responsible data owners providing information required toward activation of a new product. Data research will be performed as part of troubleshooting, process improvements or issue resolution. Systems used: SAP, Microsoft Office Suites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a liaison between the IT department and functional business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs and technical solutions.
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions for business problems.
Lead the gathering, analysis, and detailed documentation of complex business requirements and functional specifications from academic leadership, faculty, and administrative staff.
