Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (master's preferred). * 4-6 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably within insurance or financial services. * Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and drive alignment on data-driven recommendations. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions. * Experience identifying and analyzing trends and their business implications.
