We have a need to hire additional people within collaboration technology dedicated to helping the company's associates adopt the technology we bring to the organization.

Get as many of the company's associates as possible to use more features of the apps that the company's collaboration technology department provides to ensure we're getting the maximum return on investment in our technology.

Facilitate in-person roadshows and other internal promotional events
Author communications that inform company associates of changes, new features, and promote the usage of collaboration technology within the company

To be clear, this is not a support job and will not require the person to be part of an incident support queue
Assess the usage of technology platforms and proactively engage lines of business when they are not using the workspaces they have
For example if a team in Microsoft Teams is not being used, reach out to the owner to offer support to get started, or recommend they delete the team
