Essential Functions: Define the best technology to use for the stated goal. Develop the most efficient process for applying the technology. Define the parameters for any custom software development that is required. Assist with documenting the agreed upon process. Assist with training end users to utilize the process. Troubleshoot errors and correct data, programs, and processes as necessary to insure successful operation of the business.
