The opportunity:As a Business Analyst you will work with business users to improve processes and systems, helping our clients deliver more efficient, cost effective, agile and competitive outcomes. This includes helping to develop business cases, working with stakeholders eliciting business requirements, functional specifications, managing business processes and acting as a liaison between business users and Digital Lighthouse technical teams

Day to day you will:Leveraging the latest technologies, gather, validate and document requirements, functional specifications, develop wireframes and support guides Model business processes and identifying opportunities for systems and process improvements Support in the development of business cases and design of solutions; identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and outlining the business impacts Facilitate requirements workshops and document outcomes effectively Participate in activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation

Eligible to Apply Anywhere in the US Dynamic position within the Medicare Sales and Marketing team, responsible for budget growth related tasks and financial reporting. This individual will assist the Director of Strategic Planning with gathering, compiling and presenting financial data to senior team members.Investment & Incremental Funding Management Development of investment business cases- executive summary, financial statement, and expense & benefit projections. Review vendor proposals to ensure completeness per project requirements and Aetna/CVS standards. Collaborate with both internal departments (Sales & Marketing) and external vendors to capture all business case inputs and variables. Update and distribute monthly spend tracker report for all approved investments.Assist with data gathering and preparation of quarterly incremental funding requests. Medicare Sales Finance: Assists with the annual budget, quarterly forecast and month-end close process. Provides oversight of existing reports and dashboards, works to continuously underwrite the quality of that reporting and its sources of data. Works to improve and add new data to those reports and dashboards. Leads delivery of detailed analyses and reports to Senior Leadership regarding quarterly financial performance. Mentors, and helps to develop a team of Cost Center Managers/Marketing Specialist. Serves as a direct reference and knowledge expert for all escalated issues including Tableau and Excel troubleshooting.] Fulfill ad hoc requests and participate in special projects as assigned.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 43,700

Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in implementing vendor software/building supply chain planning applications.

+ Experience in full system implementation lifecycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support) with Supply Chain solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Master's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

+ Experience working in cross-functional, team projects.

+ Experience with planning systems implementation (e.g. Kinaxis).

+ Ability to perform minor technical tasks (e.g., data analysis, data imports, export using SQL).

+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and grow in a rapidly changing business environment.

Additional Information:
