The Role
As a SAP BusinessAnalyst, you will have a deep understanding of the SAP business processes and partner with business and IT Stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs in support of delivering IT capabilities to solve business problems. SOFG is in the process of implementing S4 HANA, replacing our current systems in Finance, Merchandise, Planning, Allocation, Store Operations functions, Supply Chain and analytics.
Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Merchandising, Planning and other departments, to align SAP capabilities with business needs
Responsible for understanding current SAP CoE capabilities and processes across all business functions
Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the business process within their scope with comprehensive documentation
Documents and as needed updates the existing documentation for the SAP CoE business processes
Document and perform analysis of as-is and to-be processes
Partners with the SAP Product Owners to align the business roadmap with the IT capability roadmap.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system (NetSuite or similar), from requirements definition through go-live.
Partner with external implementation consultants to configure modules, workflows, and integrations.
Coordinate data migration, testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
Ensure system design aligns with accounting, operations, inventory, and reporting requirements.
System Ownership & Administration
Serve as the internal owner of the ERP system following implementation.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations.
Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related questions, issues, and enhancement requests.
Monitor system performance, data quality, and usage patterns.
Cross-Functional Process Support
Work with finance, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to understand business processes and system needs.
Translate operational and reporting requirements into ERP configurations and improvements.
Support month-end close, inventory tracking, purchasing, and production reporting through system optimization.
Training & Change Management
Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices.
Support change management efforts to drive adoption across the organization.
Provide ongoing guidance and support as workflows evolve.
Continuous Improvement & Scaling
Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and workflow efficiency within the ERP.
Support integrations with other business systems as needed.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and controls.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience implementing, administering, or supporting ERP systems.
Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred; experience with other ERP platforms acceptable.
Strong understanding of accounting, operations, and supply chain processes.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing vendors, timelines, and implementation milestones.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

This role is primarily office-based in Oak Ridge, TN, with regular collaboration across finance, operations, and engineering teams.
